- Who are we? -
Primarily we are R+E Cycles based in Seattle Washington.

As a NEXT-fit™ Professional, when you contact us you will work with one of the following four people.

Scott Rock has been in the bicycle industry now (2007) for 18 years. He is a formerly retired bike racer, and has in incredible knack for bicycle mechanics. He is the manager of the Repair and Assembly departments, as well as an expert bicycle fitter. He contributed heavily in the design process for the 2007 NEXT-fit™ adjustable bike. He is also the computer programmer who brings order to the programming process for the NEXT-fit™ software.

I often refer to Smiley as the 'sales department'. Smiley has been in the bike industry since he was 16 years old. He's a lot older than that now (the first number's a 3), although he prefers the term 'more experienced'. He's been with R+E Cycles as a fitting professional for 7 years and counting, and has become an integral part of our business. Now-a-days, Smiley performs most of the fitting work on the R+E Cycles sales floor.

The ugliest one of the bunch is myself. I've been lucky enough to wind up with a staff that can help me organize and implement my ideas over the last several years. I'm obviously too busy to schedule a hair cut, but most customers don't seem to mind. I've been fixing, painting, designing, selling and fitting bicycles for people as long as I can remember. I've also hacked my way through several computer programs, so I can help out with that aspect of things. I'm blessed to be able to use my skills in an industry that I truly love.

Amber brings some order to our chaos. When you call, you're very likely to talk to her. She handles the wholesale accounts, as well as does all of the ordering and oversees our coffee shop employees (we have a coffee shop in our store). A lot of her work can be seen throughout our websites in the form of photo editing and cropping.
